Nêspera, mais conhecida como ameixa amarela, é uma frutinha muito conhecida em nossa região. Cada vez que ando de ônibus percebo em diversos pátios pés de nêsperas carregados... Muitos não sabem que dessa frutinha dá pra fazer um doce ou uma geléia bem gostosa. No meu pátio tem um pedaço de árvore que foi cortada, e deixamos os ramos nascer. Não deu muitas frutas, mas o pouco que deu aproveitei pra fazer esta geléia que ficou especial!Fiz tudo sem medidas exatas, mas existem receitas pela net que explicam melhor.
Ingredientes
- Nêsperas maduras cortadas sem caroço.
- água
- açúcar
- cravo
Modo de Preparo:
Coloque uma porção de Nêsperas em uma panela e deixei refogar com um, copo de água e 4 cravos, até a água quase secar. Coloquei mais dois copos de água e 5 copos de açúcar, deixer ferver e fui mexendo acertando o ponto. Acrescentei mais açúcar, e esperei até que as frutinhas quase se desmanchassem. Desliguei o fogo e esperei esfriar. Ficou muito gostosa, ideal para acompanhar um pãzinho caseiro, cobrir uma cuca, um queijo... Deixe a criatividade vir à tona!
